1. Refunds and Returns
All Sales Are Final: I do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances.
Shipping Damage: In the rare event that your doll gets damaged by the post office during shipping, please message me right away with clear photos of the damage. If we arrange a return, I will film a continuous video while unboxing the package to inspect it. A resolution or replacement will only be sorted out after a full inspection.
2. Packing and Fraud
Safe Packaging: I pack every single doll safely with a protective face shield, layers of bubble wrap, and extra padding in a sturdy box. I also film a video of every doll while I am packing it so there is a record of its condition before it leaves.
Fraud Prevention: Intentionally damaging a doll to force a refund or open a chargeback is completely unacceptable,It will be reported, and no refund will be given.
3. Shipping and Timelines
International Taxes: If you are buying internationally, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes your country charges. Please look into your local tax rules before making a purchase.
Pre-made Dolls: Ready-to-ship dolls will be sent out within 2 business days (excluding holidays).
Custom Commissions: Made-to-order dolls can take up to 12 weeks to complete. This timeline depends on my current queue, how many orders I'm juggling, and waiting on custom supplies to arrive from overseas. Once your doll is finished, it ships within 2 business days.
4. Mailing
Post Office Liability: I am not responsible for postal carrier transit delays or damages once the package leaves my hands.
5. Intellectual Property
Credit My Work: These dolls are my art, so please do not claim my custom creations or content as your own. If you repost my photos or share pictures of your doll on social media, please make sure to credit d3monicdollhouse.
